Voegon welcomes you and thanks you for your preference. Please consider the following:
The terms “VOEGON,” “VOEGON.COM,” “we,” and “our” refer to OLIGON TRAVEL Ltd. The term “You” refers to the user of the services provided by VOEGON.COM Ltd. through any sales channel, including but not limited to: the website www.voegon.com and/or the Voegon mobile application, telephone sales channels, physical sales points, and any other marketing channels currently or potentially used by Voegon to offer services.
About Voegon
Voegon is an online travel agency whose technological platform allows a wide range of service providers (“Supplier(s)”) to offer and market their services to users. Users can search for information on the sale of tickets, tours, and trips by air, water, land, rail, or combined modalities. Additionally, they can organize and manage their travel activities, compare offers in real-time, and book them separately or together according to their personal needs.
Intermediary Role
Voegon acts as an intermediary for tourism services offered by Suppliers. Therefore, Voegon is not directly or indirectly responsible for executing the tourism services, nor liable for any failures or damages caused by the Suppliers.
Your Responsibilities
By using Voegon to book services, you confirm that you:
- Are legally capable.
- Expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Will only use the Voegon platform to book services for yourself or others with their authorization.
- Comply with destination-specific regulations (e.g., not being a U.S. citizen for services related to Cuba).
- Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Supplier Terms
Each Supplier establishes specific terms for their services, which Voegon cannot modify or assume responsibility for. Users are advised to carefully review these terms before making any purchases.
Liability Limitations
Voegon is not liable for health risks, travel disruptions, or other issues related to chosen destinations. Voegon is also not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by external factors such as force majeure, accidents, or actions by the user.
Changes and Cancellations
Policies regarding changes, cancellations, and additional charges are determined by the Suppliers. Voegon does not interfere with these policies or assume responsibility for any associated costs or penalties.
User Agreement
Your use of the Voegon platform implies acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you are not authorized to access or use the platform. However, by using the platform, you automatically accept all general and specific conditions outlined herein.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Activities involving your data will be conducted solely for legitimate purposes as outlined in Voegon’s Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Voegon platform, including images and text, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this material is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal penalties.
Amendments
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, and you will have the option to accept or reject them.
